Fighting with Mario
In the Super Smash Bros. series well-known figures from various Nintendo games will go into battle against each other to decide who is the strongest of all. In Super Smash Bros Brawl, this won’t be any different. With 16 new characters added to the game this will bring the total number of characters on 35. In addition to newcomers from Nintendo's own stable, as Diddy Kong and Wario, there are now characters from other developers such as Solid Snake and Sonic the Hedgehog.

For the first time it is also possible to have players all over the world to fight through the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. A total of four players can simultaneously fight step into the arena. In the arena you can fight in teams or challenge other Brawl players on your own. As if that is not enough, you can also exchange photographs, repetitions and self-made levels.

Gameplay
The battles take place in many interactive and attractive environments. The characters can make use of items ranging from projectiles to melee weapons: each has a different effect on the characters around it. By using different angles of the direction stick and combining them with the two action buttons, you can use various attacks. You can choose your favourite way to control Super Smash Bros. Because the game can be controlled with Wii remote and Nunchuk, only the Wii remote, the Traditional Controller or the Nintendo GameCube Controller.
