Sea Phantom: Excellent Maneuverability
When reaching top speed, the Sea Phantom hovers about 8-12 feet above the water surface. With its built in bank-turn and stability system the Sea Phantom has excellent maneuverability. The police, emergency services and the military are all interested in using the Sea Phantom. Plans are now being drawn for the design of a Sea Phantom which has, instead of 4, 18-24 passenger seats.
