One of the big attractions of the CES 2009 was the Powermat. The Powermat charges electronic devices wirelessly trough magnetic induction.



Recharge with the Powermat
For recharge of electronic applications with the Powermat, you need to attach a Powermat receiver pad. A Powermat receiver pad is very slim and easy to attach, no hassle at all. After attaching the Powermat receiver pad, you place the electronic device on the Powermat and a blue light will show when a connection is established. Choose whatever you want to charge with the Powermat. Think of your iPod, phone, digital camera or even your laptop. The Powermat is to be released late 2009 and will cost 100 dollars. The Powermat receiver pads will be priced at 29,99 dollar each.
