Sofia Vergara: Religious beauty
Sofia Vergara grew up in Colombia and was raised in a well-off family. She attended a private bilingual school. She already got married at the age of 18 and gave birth to her son Manolo in 1991 at the age of 19. Sofia Vegara was discovered by a photographer while walking on the beach. Although she was offered attractive deals for modelling and TV work, she hesitated at first. Sofia has been raised devoutly religious so it was a bit overwhelming at first.



Sofia Vergara: TV-career
At age 17 she appeared in a Pepsi commercial that was widely telecast in Latin America. From 1995 to 1999 she hosted a TV-show called Fuera de Serie. Recently Sofia Vergara appeared as a guest star in the HBO series Entourage. She also starred in the sitcoms Hot Properties, The Knights of Prosperity and in the ABC drama Dirty Sexy Money she plays
